Although Arts & Letters PRIME will focus especially on shorter texts, we will also from time to time publish longer texts. Contributors will have the option to submit text only or text plus audio ($3 online submission).
Why Prime? Why not? The first issue, PRIME 1.1, launched last November, and its expansion, PRIME 1.2, appeared this April. Though PRIME submissions closed December 1, 2011, we encourage you to submit to the PRIME Poetry Prize (open from May 1 to August 31, 2012). The prize winning poems will appear in another PRIME-exclusive Ask Alice video in PRIME 2.1 this fall. Our regular submission period for PRIME (and for the print journal) begins August 1. See below for details on how to submit (and of course, we welcome your submissions to the print journal, which may be sent by regular post or online via Submittable).
