Journal invites you to subscribe or send a gift subscription. Subscription
rates are just $15 for one year, $27 for two years, $40 for three years, and
$52 for four years (U.S. funds only please).
International orders, please add $15 for postage and handling. Back issues are also available at $5 per
issue ($12 for issue 1, subject to availability). Please add $1 for postage and handling per
sale (see special offer below).

the recipient. All subscriptions begin
