send a gift subscription. Subscription rates are just
$15 for one year, $27 for two years, $40 for three years, and $52 for four
years (U.S. funds only please). International
orders: please add $10 for postage and handling. Back issues are also available at $5 per issue. Please add
$1 for postage and handling per sale (see special offer below). International orders: please add $10 per order
for back issues. Special Offer: Buy one back issue for $6 ($5 plus $1 postage) and receive second issue
free. (NOTE: Offer does not include
